Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Grow Log Pro ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the website, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Grow Log Pro.

Who can use Grow Log Pro

• You must be at least 21 years old, and old enough to use cannabis legally where you live.
• You may only use Grow Log Pro to record cultivation that is legal for you. Laws on home growing differ between countries, provinces and states, including limits on how many plants you may grow. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
• Grow Log Pro is for personal, non-commercial use. It must not be used to record or organize the sale or distribution of cannabis.

Your account

• Give a real email address that you can access. We use it to confirm your account and help you reset your password.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us right away at hello@growlogpro.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• One account per person, please.

Your content

Everything you add to your journal, including grows, readings, notes and photos, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it back to you only as needed to run Grow Log Pro. We don't publish it or show it to anyone else.

You are responsible for what you upload. Only upload photos you took or have the right to use, and don't upload photos of other people without their permission.

Please keep your own copies of anything important. We work hard to keep your journal safe, but we can't promise that data will never be lost.

Acceptable use

When using Grow Log Pro, you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the service to plan or record illegal activity;
• upload anything illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around our security;
• overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use bots to access it;
• resell, copy or build a competing service from Grow Log Pro.

Not professional advice

The target ranges, VPD calculations, warnings and other information in Grow Log Pro are general guidance for home growers. They are not professional horticultural, legal or medical advice, and every grow is different. Use your own judgment, and check with a qualified professional when it matters. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to use cannabis.

Changes to the service

Grow Log Pro is free to use right now. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you clearly first, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and let you know by email or with a notice in the journal. Continuing to use Grow Log Pro after a change means you accept the new terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using Grow Log Pro at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@growlogpro.app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or that we are required to close by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to get a copy of your journal.

No warranty

Grow Log Pro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that its information is accurate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Grow Log Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost crops, lost data or lost profits, or for legal consequences of your growing activities. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to CA$50 or US$50.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Grow Log Pro, broke these terms, or broke the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

Disputes

If you have a problem with Grow Log Pro, please email us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where you live, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there, unless the law requires otherwise.
